Steel Tube Auto Painting Production Line is used to do painting to steel tube, petroleum casing pipe and widely used in petroleum industry, marine offshore industry, chemical industry and so on. It can work for 24 hours continuously which has the characters of large productivity, high efficiency, equal paint film etc. PU/PV paint with dust free workshop production, which can control outlook quality effectively and improve competitive of our products and bring customer’s trust more than before.

2 Characters of auto painting production line: 

1) Electrostatic dust collection, painting, drying, UV curing by full automatic production line which is suitable for continuous working, high productivity and equal paint film. 

2) There is bearing at the connect point of chain and conveyor, accurately working and stable.

3) Electrostatic dust collection system: imported High Voltage Electrostatic Generator. The Ion air nozzle can move around in mechanical way which can be applied to different size of steel pipes. In additional of rotation of pipes, no dead places for dust removing system. 

4) High pressure airless paint spray machine can achieve digital operation which takes place of traditional painting methods. It improves the productivity a lot. 

5) Water curtain environmental friendly painting booth design. Air flow smoothly. The leading board and baffles board are placed well which keep turbulent flow away from steel pipes and discharge paint mist quickly. 

6) The drying booth adopts vertical hot air circle design. The roof will supply hot air and return from conveyor. The down flow hot air will suppress paint mist effectively. Also, the temperature is same. The return air will go through filters and be heated again, clean and energy saving. 

7) There are several UV lights at UV curing booth. The operators can adjust the distance and angle free. The rotation device will make steel tubes rotate and get equal shine. The light intensity can be adjusted. There is imported optical filtering lens in light will can prevent the steel tube from over-shine and keep lights well.
